KIODEM is Michał Smoliński, working from Gliwice in southern Poland with clients in Poland, the United Kingdom and Germany.
The person you write to is the person who does the work. There is no account manager and no hand-off: the brief, the build and the numbers afterwards stay with one pair of hands.
Scope is fixed and written in plain terms before anything starts. Accounts, domains and tracking are set up in your name, so nothing depends on me later.
Most projects begin with a short written check of one journey on your site: how a customer gets from a search to an enquiry, and where that route breaks. It costs nothing and it tells both of us whether there is a project.

How I work
Every project runs the same way, whether it is a page, a shop integration or an ads account. You always know which step we are on.
Route check
You send the address of your site. Within two working days you get one page: how a customer gets from a search to an enquiry and where that route breaks. No cost, no commitment.
Scope and price
One list of what I will do, in plain words, with a price for the whole job or per month. Nothing starts before your yes.
The build
I do the work myself: code, data, accounts, measurement. Accounts and domains are set up in your name, so nothing ties you to me later.
Measured after a month
After a month we compare enquiries and sales with what was there before. If the numbers do not move, I say so first.
